There has been one problem after another with my order since October 15th. During October 15-17, a representative stated that a manager would contact me regarding my order, but no one did. When I called during the requested time to request to speak to a manager, a representative informed me that it was not possible as it was lunchtime. In the middle of the night (Pacific Time), I was contacted by a representative; this was highly disruptive. I eventually spoke to a manager. They sent a lehenga dress that looked used; threads were sticking out of it. I doubt it was custom-tailored. The pants were the wrong size, an off-the-rack size, rather than custom-tailored, as requested. A few weeks ago, representatives argued with me over the phone regarding the pants, blaming ME. Eventually, a new pair of custom-tailored pants was sent through FedEx. I spoke with one of their representatives over the phone today. He was unable to understand what I was saying, despite the fact that I clearly stated the order of events. I should have been contacted before the pants were mailed.

I ordered a green long dress with a pouch and red painted dupatta and the material was awfully cheap. We were extremely unhappy! If I had known I would have never went through with this order. 0/10 order, 0/10 experience.

Horrible horrible experience. The staff had so much attitude. Their online and real clothes have so much difference. The quality is not what it seems in online pages. just hiding behind the name of the designer who is famous that's all.
