South Coast Physiotherapy in Simcoe deserves 5 stars! I was impressed with the service from my first visit. The desk staff are very welcoming, friendly and efficient. I was assigned to a physio, Maria, who gave me a very thorough assessment on my first visit and then discussed my treatment options with me and why these would be suitable for me. She was patient and answered all my questions. My experiences with the rest of the staff have been equally wonderful and Jasmine the physio assistant is very attentive, interested in my progress and very caring. Both Jasmine and Maria will never let me do anything more than I am capable of and do not provide treatments that give me more pain.I have been going to Simcoe South Coast since Sept 26, 2024 and will likely be there some time more as I have a chronic condition. I have gone from barely being able to walk and function in my daily life to being mobile again. I haven't felt this good in many months.
