Delta Plumbers of Kingston

We hired Delta Plumbers of Kingston to find a leak in our air-injection bathtub. As the tub was completely surrounded with ceramic tile, the plumber went behind the tub into the other room to cut the approx. 4'x 3' drywall. He contacted his superior to get a quote to do this. It was $300 which I find to be expensive. That proved nothing, no fault of the plumber. He proceeded to come back to the tub and cut a rectangle portion of tiling to get to the taps. Again, another $300 for a small cut. I was not happy with this but wanted to get this job problem solved. He skillfully cut the ceramic with precision and after trying each tap, one water line was broken thus the leak. He told us to get taps from a local well-known business and he would (again, checking with his superior) charge over $900 to replace the 4 taps/faucet and hand held shower. I told him I had to think about such an amount. He waited around for me to sign for them to replace taps, etc. I got a second opinion from a reputable qualified plumber for a replacement cost of under $200. I would never deal with such a company who gouged me out of $600 for so little work done, then to pressure me to install the taps for over $900. It was a horrible pressure-filled situation of pure expertise at gouging decent people. Don't believe their $89 visit fee. The plumber was excellent and respectable but management should be ashamed of the two drilling fees of $300 each for such common procedures.

Called about our lrakibg water heater and they showed up within an hour. Super proffesional and didnt rru to upsell me on anything i didnt need. Really appreciate the honest service!

We had an old water heater that finally gave out. These guys recommended a great replacement and had it installed before the end of the day. Awesome job!
