If you are looking for a service done by a professional who does the job properly and up to code this is your guy. I own a condo in kingston but live out of town and Ricardo went above and beyond to meet my expectations and to make my experience stress free. He was very punctual, easy to communicate with, polite and nice to talk to, he also listens! He got the job done in a timely manner. He explained everything clearly, including pricing. He stuck to his quoted price and the paying system made it a breeze to transfer the payment. My tenant mentioned that he was very professional, pleasant and tidy! Service done : replaced old rotten pipes that were leaking with new ones under a kitchen double sink. Brought a diy plumbing setup, done by a previous owner up to code, added shut off valves and replaced the old leaky faucet with a new one.
