Delta Plumbers of Whitby

I recently had a plumber from Delta Plumbers from Whitby come by. The technician himself was polite and professional, so I don’t have complaints about his customer service. He inspected the pipe in my basement by tapping it with a tool and explained that the sound was different on the left versus the right side, suggesting there might be a blockage near the bend. The leak was actually happening from the basement pipe connected to my kitchen sink drainage and washing machine and dishwasher drainage. However, the pricing was shocking. The options he gave me were over $2,000 for a jet water flush, and an exorbitant price for snaking. On top of that, the visit fee alone was $145 with tax. For the level of work quoted, these prices felt extremely unreasonable, overpriced and extremely exorbitant. Overall, while the technician was courteous, I cannot recommend Delta Plumbers of Whitby due to the excessive and unreasonable pricing.

I had water leaking behind the shower wall. Delta plumbing found the issue right away and saved me from a much much bigger problem. Highly recommend them!

Delta plumbers cleared my clogged pipes with no fuss. Great team and great experience. Recommend for sure!
