I didn't like having to wait as long as I did. My appointment was @ 230pm, I got there around 220pm. I was there for an adjustment on my denture. I left at 310pm. Absolutely uncalled for!!!! Not the first time I had to wait. I have other things going on.

Having had a very negative encounter with a previous dentist, I was hesitant to seek treatment again. However, I had a specific request and was in need of professional help, so I decided to give this clinic a try. From the moment I stepped into the office, I felt at ease. Eli (Elizabeth) greeted me warmly, even while assisting another patient, and her personable, friendly smile made me feel instantly welcome. I requested to speak with her privately, and she immediately took me to a separate room where she listened attentively to my concerns. Soon after, I was seated in Dr. Karim’s chair. Though I initially refused to take x-rays, Dr. Karim patiently explained why they were essential for my care, making sure I was comfortable with each step. He also took the time to address my unique request, explaining everything thoroughly so that I fully understood my options. Although he couldn’t directly assist with my external item, he ensured I was satisfied with the information provided—and I truly was. During my exam, Dr. Karim went above and beyond, examining not only my teeth but also my gums and jaw to check for any potential infections. His meticulous attention and compassionate approach immediately put me at ease, making me feel genuinely cared for. I shared my previous bad experience with him, and he reassured me that every patient in his care is treated like family. In that moment, I truly felt that warmth and commitment. The dentist who pulled my tooth was great and the girl that sat at the inside desk who I checked out with was amazing. She new what she was doing. Otherwise most didn’t really know how to handle anything. The first dentist I saw told me my tooth was infected to take antibiotics and come back in 2 or 3 days to have my tooth pulled. When I checked out the girl at the desk suggested I talk to the oral surgeon right away. My tooth was infected and I was in a lot of pain. He decided to pull it right away. He said I shouldn’t have to go any longer in all that pain. He pulled the tooth and did a bone graft. I’m feeling much better. I almost had to wait 3 or 4 more days to have it pulled. I’m grateful to the woman that suggested I see the other dentist. Have to say it makes me nervous to go back to a dentist there. They had a lot of new people they were training. What they really had down pat was collecting their money. They were in my room immediately with the paperwork to sign and the cost. I had to pay out of pocket for the nitrous because they said it takes 3 weeks to find out if insurance would cover it. Although they were able to get all the other insurance just fine. When I received an email I thought how nice they’re checking to see if I’m ok. No not at all. They were just asking for a review. What a business this is what our impersonal world looks like now.
