I made an appointment here because their website states one option for payment is a dental savings plan. My son has no insurance so it would have been a great option. Upon arrival, I was told that they no longer participate in that program because the discount they offer is more than the discounts offered by the program plus you don't have to pay the yearly participation fees for the program(usually a couple hundred dollars per year). After they took X-rays and did the exam, we discussed the dental plan for my son. The amount was astronomical!! I asked if that was the discounted price since he had no insurance and the exact same person who had just explained to me about the "better discounts" than the savings plan looks me straight in the eye and said, "We don't offer a discount." WHAT?!!? She says I could get a discount on today's visit. An exam and bitewings......175.00. That's not a discount!!! One last thing. As I was looking into this dental savings plan mentioned on their website, guess who's name is listed as a participant in the program???? Yep, Dr. Whiteside. Very disappointing to say the very least.
