I had an appointment at noon on Monday, October6, 2025. On Friday (10/3/25) I received a phone call that my appointment was canceled because there was no hygienist available. New appointment was set up for Tuesday (10/7/25) at 9am. Per my reminders from you, I was instructed to arrive 15 minutes early to redo my paperwork. Upon my arrival at 8:43 the door was locked. A lady opened the door and said they didn’t open until 9 and locked the door in my face. The reason I couldn’t come in you ask? They were having what appeared to be a Halloween party. I return to my car and just sit there like I’m some kind of charity case. I go in at 9 and check in. I’m handed an I-pad to fill out said paperwork. Is only your time important? I was expecting my exam to start at 9. I have been a patient here for years. Sorry, no more. I left. I arrived as instructed and was locked out. Unexceptable!

They are very professional . Greet you with a smile. From the time you walk into the door to the time you leave you feel very welcome . If you are nervous they make you feel so comfortable and relaxed like you are a friend and not coming just for a dental appointment. When you walk in, the front desk staff is always happy to see you. And there is a major road construction project so its a challenge for staff and patients. Once in the chair the tech is prepared and cares about how you are and if you need anything. Dr. Klug is awesome! This time I needed a tooth extracted and woke up the next morning with no pain, swelling or bruising. Thank you.
