Customer experiences
My son has visited this office four times, and each experience has been excellent. The staff is always very friendly and welcoming. They are thorough and detailed in making sure his teeth are in the best condition possible. I appreciate how they take the time to explain everything clearly and with care, while also educating him on how to better care for his teeth at home.
This is my second visit to Northpark Family Dental. I woke up to a lot of pain in a tooth that has been crowned for many years. They were great to work me in the same day I called. Everyone in the office and staff involved in direct patient care were very friendly & kind. Dr. Francis diagnosed my problem quickly and we came up with a plan to address it. She called my medicine in before I left the building. I was very satisfied with my visit & care.
It’s been a while since I’ve been to the dentist, I was nervous about going today. Immediately as I entered the doors I was welcomed by the friendly staff. I felt very comfortable from start to finish, I would recommend. Thank you for the great experience!
I have never been so disappointed with a dental office. I paid $1,330 out of pocket for a procedure on October 23,2024. For months I called asking about my refund, only to be told repeatedly that “insurance denied the claim “ Last week I contacted my insurance directly and learned that they had already paid this office in April 2025 for the exact same procedure, meaning I was charged twice. When I called the office back with my insurance representative on the line, the staff member (Brittney) I believe that’s her name was extremely rude, refused to transfer me to anyone else, and then hung up on both me and my insurance agent. My insurance agent clearly explained that the office had been over paid and still owed me a refund. Instead of acknowledging this, Brittney said she would “resubmit the claim” How can you resubmit a claim that’s already been paid? This response made no sense and only highlighted the office’s unwillingness to take responsibility. My insurance provider has confirmed in writing that this office absolutely owes me a refund and has advised me to file a complaint. No patient should have to fight this hard just to get back money that is clearly owed. Between the double billing, the months of being mislead, and the unprofessional behavior from staff, this has been a terrible experience. I would strongly caution anyone considering this office to think twice before trusting them with your care or your money.
North Park Family Dental is a dental clinic.
