With all that said I continue to come to your office mainly because of Tina who is a wonderful hygienist and who personally has helped me make many changes to my dental hygiene to improve my overall health. I went to Dental Care of Huntley after an issue with my old dentist. Everyone at this facility is amazing. They listen, treat you with respect, and don’t make you feel overwhelmed or inferior. I’ve definitely found my new dentist and will continue to trust Dental Care of Huntley with my care

Made an appointment, received confirmation of appointment. Then I made a future appointment for my next cleaning. I showed up on time for the current appointment and was told they cancelled it. This is not the first scheduling issue here. I advise to only make appointments in person, not online or on the phone. The dental staff is pretty good, I was not overly impressed with the dentist, but had limited contact in two visits. I left the office and told them to go ahead and cancel my next appointment. Missing this appointment cost me about $100 in antibodies I have to take before a dentist appointment. Plus the 5 days of discomfort caused by the antibiotics. I have made an appointment with another dentist. Thank you for your reply, however if as the "owner" you really wanted to talk you would have given your name and number.
