I use their Simple Guide Plus Kit and surgical guide, and I couldn’t be more impressed! The surgical guide team is phenomenal – they provide incredibly accurate guides at a very reasonable price. Joshua is exceptionally experienced, knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. Thanks to him, my surgeries are completely stress-free. I can’t imagine placing implants without their guides now. Highly recommend!

One of the worst customer service experience I've experienced. 1. A class worth nearly $10,000 was cancelled last minute within the same week due to their shortcomings. After hours of trying to reach them, I was promised a full refund. But after three weeks, I am still having hard time trying to reach any one of them. 2. Communication is non-existent. No one ever answers the calls or replies back to email. No one has voice mail box set up so you can't even leave a message. 3. They promise on products and charge premium for it. What they don't tell you is that the disposable components are always on "backorder" and what you are left is expensive un-usable equipments. So... just take my advice and go with any other reputable dental implant company.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would, unfortunately that is not an option. I called this company to place an order more than 3x with no answer, I left a message and did not get a call back until after we were closed. I understand there is a time difference between NY and CA. I called the next morning again, left a message, understand they were not yet open, I never got a call back. 5 hours later I call AGAIN and someone finally answers. I explain what was going on and requested we have our shipping waived seeing how my case is now late and the request was denied. I was told they were busy and they go on lunch breaks which is why they could not answer or call back. I asked to speak to management who denied my request, after being on hold for a few minutes the customer service rep told me I was being transferred and I was put on hold again for over 18 MINUTES then the machine hangs up. I called back during the time I was on hold over 5x and after I was hung up on and no answer. Unprofessional & disappointing. I've never experienced this from any Implant company before.
