I had the pleasure of meeting Angela and Shine today at Charette Cosmetics Dallas. I was greeted with smiles and great customer service! My consultation and treatment service with Shine was amazing! She was very informative, listened to my concerns, and provided excellent service. She was very knowledgeable and very detailed in ragrds to the treatment and aftercare. I am looking forward to my results and excited to book my next procedure! I would definitely recommend Charette Cosmetics 💜

I absolutely love my experience here. Very comfortable and nice place. The staff is amazing! The products are amazing and they definitely get your skin to where it needs to be.

TLDR: makes you sign consent forms for procedures not being done, non-refundable deposits, BAIT AND SWITCH OF PROVIDING INJECTIONS THAT GO INTO YOUR BODY WITHOUT WARNING YOU BEFOREHAND, and listening in on HIPPA protected calls. I went to Charette for my first Botox appointment ever. I had called around to a few places, and Charette was providing a good deal on first time appointments for Botox and for another similar product called Daxxify. I called and scheduled a consultation for Botox injections. Here's where my first complaint is: They ask for a $50 deposit, which I'm fine with, but it is non-refundable. They will apply it to your next appointment but if you decide you do not want to use them at all, that's down the drain. So I show up day of and they do have a nice waiting room and good parking. Second and third complaint: Before my appointment, I got an email with consent forms to sign - one for Botox, but 3 others for procedures I was not having. I only signed the Botox one. When I arrived, my injector asked me to sign the others even though I was not having those procedures. Signing consent away for procedures I had not researched, and did not feel comfortable signing for. But if I did not sign, I could not get my injections, and I would lose my $50 deposit. Additionally, I waited over 45 minutes after arriving (and my designated appointment time) to even be seen. I finally go into the procedure room and my injector tells me some info about injectables, and says I will be getting Daxxify. I tell her, No, I made the appointment for Botox. I had researched some on Daxxify and specifically chose to receive Botox instead. She tells me, they do not have any Botox in stock and if I don't get Daxxify, I will leave there with nothing (again losing my deposit). So I agree after some hesitation. Then I do a tele-med consultation with a PA, during which, while potentially disclosing personal and private medical information, my injector does not leave the room. Yes, I could've asked her if I felt uncomfortable, but that should just be part of procedure. I do get the Daxxify done, I did ultimately like the injector, I did not have any bruising or bad side effects which is the only reason I'm leaving 2 stars instead of 1. I was also told I would get a text directly from my injector after the appointment so I could contact her, and she would give me all the follow up instructions via text - no text was ever received and to this day, I have not heard any follow up from anyone at Charette. My injector initially told me she is very restrained in how much she normally puts in and I can always come back in for a quick touch up after 2 weeks if I did not like the results HOWEVER, it would be another $20 non-refundable deposit to schedule that at the time of my appointment. So without even knowing the results, I would've had to pay them more money to schedule. Finally, I leave, and the elevator down traps me inside so I took the stairs down. A harrowing end to my appointment. Yes, I am fine with my results, but I would just choose somewhere else that you can trust.
