Terrible customer service . Receptionist started raising her voice that we can not use a money order to pay Visa card . Said it was not possible . After insisting, went and see cashier , which they said maybe . But we would have to wait for manager , but could not tell us , the amount of time the wait would be . Very unprofessional. Do not waste your time , open an account in a real financial institution.

This place is unbelievable bad. Really bad. No managers realize how bad it is ? For real? Service is so bad, that I do not have words to describe it. DO NOT open an account at this branch, or you will regret it. I review places and is the first time I would give to a place 0 stars. Unfortunately it is garbage - probably the only place that can describe it !

Most tellers are friendly or at least helpful -most, not all-, but they are soooo slow and make plenty of mistakes that cost even more time. If I haven't changed branch it is because of the convenience and lack of time (funny enough).
