I had an extremely disappointing experience at Dessange salon, which was far from what I expected given their premium reputation. During my visit, I was taken for a hair wash, but midway through, I was rushed to a blow-dry station simply because another client arrived. The conditioner was applied and removed within just 2 minutes, without a proper head massage. When I questioned the stylist, she offered to give me a head massage then and there. When I brought up the rushed removal of the conditioner, she reapplied it and finally gave a head massage—but only after I insisted. For a salon of this caliber, this level of service is unacceptable. It makes me wonder—was this because I booked through Luzo, or was it a judgment based on appearance? Either way, this experience was extremely disheartening, and I will not be recommending this salon to anyone in my circle. Even while leaving nobody bothered taking a feedback on the service!

I had an amazing experience at Dessange Hair Salon! I went in for a hair color change, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Flavian, my stylist, was absolutely lovely – he listened carefully to what I wanted and delivered beyond my expectations. The color turned out beautifully, and the entire process was so relaxing. The staff is professional and friendly, and the salon itself has a luxurious, welcoming vibe. I highly recommend Dessange if you’re looking for top-notch service and talented stylists like Flavian. Dessange at Kemps Corner Mumbai has the worst customer service and after sales service of any salon I have ever been to. Their current style director and manager are rude, arrogant, careless and unprofessional and will cheat and misguide you just to make a quick buck. The style director cut off way more off my hair than we agreed to, then violently yanked my hair while brushing it and did not even complete my treatment and still charged me a hefty price for it. She is an angry frustrated woman. They refused to reply to messages or rectify the damage they did to my hair. The current staff are giving the Dessange brand a bad name. Try a different salon is my advice. Edit: In response to the owner's reply below: kindly share your name and personal contact details and I'm happy to call you and share all the details requested. Because despite sharing all the feedback with your backend team as well, no action has been taken so far. All I can tell you is Dessange's reputation is being ruined by your current employees. I have been coming there for decades but will never visit again after my last experience. And I'm told by other stylists from Dessange itself that this particular style director is a major problem and yanks all her clients' hair. She pulled out nearly half my hair. She should not be allowed to work there. And it ought to be on your CCTV as well.
