My experience with Jillian Bowman of the OCL (Barrie Office) was deeply troubling. From the outset, she demonstrated a clear and consistent bias in favour of the mother, disregarding critical evidence — including a professional report that explicitly identified parental alienation. Her conduct undermined the integrity of the assessment process and left me feeling completely dismissed as a father. Rather than objectively evaluating the facts, Jillian consistently portrayed my efforts to remain involved in my children’s lives in a negative light. She showed no willingness to consider my perspective and appeared to apply a double standard throughout, offering the benefit of the doubt only to the mother. Her approach was not only unbalanced — it was blatantly gender-biased and adversarial. When she raised concerns about her conduct, instead of addressing them or taking accountability, on August 1 2025, on a Zoom Call with my counsel and I, she attempted to silence me by discouraging me from posting this review. That speaks volumes. If you are a parent — especially a father — seeking a fair, child-centered, and impartial assessment, I strongly advise against working with Jillian Bowman. In my view, her involvement will not help your case — it may actively harm it. Parents deserve better. Children deserve better. You’ve been warned.
