I purchased a mail delivery to/from Washington DC early Monday morning. Included reluctantly in that mailing was my passport required for a travel visa. A little later that morning I received an email from the embassy that told me I could apply online for the visa. I returned to this store where my package had not yet left. The fellow I dealt with was equally pleasant on the busy morning I purchased the envelopes as he was when I went in an hour later to cancel the mailing. My payment was fully refunded with a smile. Excellent customer service all around. Thank you very much.

i had a lot of dropped off around 50 boxes and any stores around me didn't accept my boxes. Not only they accept my boxes but also Arash came to help me even for moving boxes to the store. Their customer service is excellent.

Great services and best customer service I can ask for, not even our package delivered safe, they even gave us more information about tracking and getting lock for the time we are working and busy to come in and pick our packages, then we have choice to get in the lock after hours. Also they helped our friend to send her package back since they had damage order and she wants able to contact them. Great customer service, great and lovely team.
