Avoid All Canada Van – Dishonest, Unprofessional, and Abusive Pricing My experience with All Canada Van has been deeply disappointing and unacceptable. They initially quoted $1,250 for the first 1,000 lbs, $1/lb after that, plus $65/hour per worker. However, they later claimed my move was 2,800 lbs without providing any verifiable proof linking the weight to my belongings. They charged for 5 hours of labor for a one-bedroom apartment—far too slow—and used no equipment to expedite the process. They were scheduled to arrive at 10:00 AM but only showed up at 11:30 AM, demonstrating zero respect for my time. After all of this, they presented a final bill of $5,292, a massive leap from the initial estimate and entirely abusive. Despite an agreement that final payment would be made upon delivery in Victoria, they repeatedly called pressuring me to pay early. After full payment, I had to chase them for a receipt with multiple calls. Lastly, they committed in writing to deliver on April 15 between 10–11 AM but showed up hours late, once again ignoring their own promises. On top of everything, the majority of our furniture came broken and missing items! All Canada Van is unreliable, dishonest, and lacks any professional integrity. I strongly advise against using their services.

We had the most horrific experience with All Canada Movers. In a period of 3 weeks we went through at least 5 account managers. They showed up in a UHaul, one guy wearing slides. I am quite confident 2 out of the 4 movers had never moved before. It took them 1 hour and 40 minutes between locations which should have taken maximum 35 minutes. They caused so much damage to both our furniture and properties. I believe my husband and I moved more items than they did. When it came to the heavy items that needed to be carried upstairs they would look at my husband and suggest he help carry because they were not strong enough. My husband is 66 years old with a bad back! They had to use our dolly because they didn't have one. Most wardrobe boxes were delivered upside down along with many other upside down boxes. We have tried on numerous occasions to get in contact with the company and they will not take our calls. You will see in the photos the sofa corners have been taken right off. We had wrapped the sofas in plastic wrap to keep them clean since they are less than a year old. When they carried the fire table the door, hook up and bowl were all dragging on the ground. No wonder the connection broke. THANK YOU FOR YOUR REPLY ALL CANADA VAN LINES. WE HAVE REACHED OUT TO THAT EMAIL ADDRESS ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS AND MADE SEVERAL PHONE CALLS. THE FIRST COUPLE OF CALLS YOU DID TAKE AND TOLD US YOU RECEIVED THE EMAILS AND WOULD GET BACK TO US. STILL WAITING.....
