DHL Express Service Point Richmond

Apr 22, 2024 at approximately 9am, I was approaching the 264th exit heading into Aldergrove and I noticed a vehicle pull in behind me at a high speed (at this time the 264th exit was backed up) he was on my bumper constantly and when I checked my rear view mirror, I could see he was on his phone constantly. Being that close to someone on the highway with the amount of semi trucks taking that exit is dangerous. I'll review my dashcam and get the plate number. If this of the kind of people that work for this company, I'd never recommend them.

The driver got into an accident, his car was impounded with my package in it, and it wasn't released until the next day. I realize accidents happen, but I feel I should not have been charged for Regular (within 5 hours) service when I received Overnight. I politely asked to be refunded the difference between Regular and Overnight, but they refused. They stated that if you order Regular, you pay for Regular, whether or not the package is delivered.

In the beginning the service was great. After a while the service went totally down. They did not delivery on time as promised. I had to call 3 times to know when I will be receiving the rush delivery. The worst was after the change the website. It was slowest website ever. Anyways then I was creating a shipment online and click on continue guess what happen. It got completed (submitted) the order without giving the cost of the shipment. I got charge without knowing the cost of the shipment. So I called the customer service and ask for Manager. The Manager I talk to ask him why the order was completed (submitted) when I click on continue. Guess what is told me. He said that continue means complete (Submit). I ask him do you know that difference with continue and complete (Submit), he could not ask my question. Worst service ever. Never go back to them
