Nikhil is fantastic. You can always tell when someone enjoys their job and is very knowledgeable. It’s just exceedingly rare to see, especially in the shipping industry. He was super helpful and kind throughout, and when I was taking a while to get my stuff sorted, he even peeked at the meter outside for me to make sure my car was still good to be parked. 10/10.
