I had an absolutely amazing experience today thanks to Edelgard and her wonderful coworker. Just five days before my wedding, my original wedding band broke, and I was completely stressed out. They both went above and beyond to help me find a beautiful new ring and truly helped ease my anxiety. Their kindness, patience, and professionalism made all the difference during a very stressful time. I’m incredibly grateful for their support and highly recommend visiting this store. I have time today. Absolutely abysmal customer service received on my recent visit the evening of February 26, 2025. Never needed a receipt prior to get rings cleaned and repaired with my lifetime protection plan. Managed to get a picture of the receipt with all pertinent info and asked the two Customer Service Reps to review the info. They both denied my request to simply look up my info in the system and said there is nothing they can do. Gave me the manager’s card and told me call her in the morning. No thank you. Not sure why such complete and utter laziness, as the store is always empty anyway. Not in the business of arguing so I left, and headed to another location (Vaughn Mills). Showed the wonderful and personable Rep (May) the same receipt and she came back with the dates of purchase, SKU, PCP and docket numbers. I will forever be avoiding the Bramalea location to avoid such vile, poor and putrid customer service. I would not recommend this location at all, as this relationship has been fractured and is beyond repair. Thank you.

I write this review to the woman who served me on the evening of 11/11/2022 and to you alone. I was actually looking forward to picking up my ring as I had been waiting for it for a week to be sized, however from the moment I set foot in the store you treated me with nothing but condescension and antagonism I'm unsure if it was the fact that I wasn't dressed to your standard or you just assumed I was there to "look at the silver" as you stated but you fully ruined the experience of picking up my Diamond engagement ring. I hope you learn the value of good customer service and how to treat people with respect and dignity. Regardless, I am now happy and satisfied with my purchase despite my treatment at this store.
