I am the communications manager for Congregation Beth El in Bethesda. We were first introduced to Jason and Digital Ink a few years ago when we were contemplating overhauling our website. We had a great conversation, but nothing came from it on our side. Then, during the pandemic, we decided to revisit a website overhaul once more, and I reached out to Jason again. He remembered me, surprisingly, and was very friendly and prompt with his reply. We talked again and based on their friendliness, professionalism, and the glowing review of some of the businesses in their portfolio that we also work with, we decided to contract Digital Ink to redesign our website. I am a print graphic designer, which means that handing over a design project to someone else can feel uncomfortable, especially if two designers have different styles. I did NOT have that problem with Digital Ink at all. I met virtually with their lead designer and basically described to him exactly what my vision for the new website would be. And he got it! The team at Digital Ink was able to pull together every idea and thought I had and put together a cohesive website that is easy to maintain and update. Something I really liked about working with Digital Ink is that when we first started talking about the website redesign project early in 2020, Jason spent a lot of time going through our existing website and talking to me to learn more about our organization and what our needs and priorities were; they aren't just making cookie-cutter website templates like some companies. There is thoughtfulness put into the work Digital Ink creates, and I really love that our website was made just for us, with our specific needs in mind. Overall, I found the experience of working with them to be a great one, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to refresh the look and feel of their digital presence.
