Be careful before you let Diib have your credit card. They charge you without notice and without any receipts or invoices. Diib has been stealing money from us for years until I found out. They just charged us every year - and we have never used their system. I asked politely for a refund, several times - but no answer at all.

We were initially very excited to work with Diib. However the results have been devastating to our business. We engaged Diib because we wanted to increase a specific service that we offer. We were doing ok, but wanted to grow. Rather than growing, we are now getting fewer leads and are on page 37 of Google for the keywords related to the service we were hoping to grow. We reached out to Diib a couple of times to express our concerns and request a partial refund only to be told that in their opinion they did a great job. I understand that SEO is only a part of an overall business strategy. But using an SEO service shouldn’t cause the negative impact that work with DIIb caused us. I have used another company in the past and had great results. But we did not have a great experience with DIIb and they don’t seem to be interested in trying to make it right.
