Bryan BernsteinOh look, another bad review! I came here as I'm fighting with this joke of a company. They sold us a huge dream which ended up being a template website. I came looking for a CRM tool and they've been recommended by some big name spas so I trusted without researching. Only after onboarding did we go to train on using the CRM and I find out oh...there is no API into our booking website. I specifically asked this during my initial call with Cameron to which he said "yea, no problem". I made it very clear what I was looking for. I have a 25 Year IT background and I am very familiar with API's and SEO. We have now had to add Zapier to create a hook into the API just to send a simple post-sale text. We can't use their SMS, we can't use their CRM. Nearly a year later our SEO is horrible. Within the first 3 months we slid down from top spots to 3rd, 4th and 5th spots. I had to keep up on them and they finally re-indexed our website. In a 12 month span, 8 of which G99 has been running out SEO there has been no change or a drop in our SEO. They'll manipulate windows of time to the person who doesn't understand this to show massive growth but it's not accurate. Now I'm here fighting to end our contract 4 months early and they're telling me It's $2,500 to end it. Run, far and fast. Now that I'm aware I've uncovered nothing but horror stories just like mine in dealing with Growth99. "Medical Millionaire".. yea built on the backs of practices who trusted in platforms like this to be sold a pipe-dream. Wish I could give 0 stars.
