We had an outstanding Alaskan cruise from Vancouver to Whittier. I was apprehensive as a first time cruiser, but the Norwegian Cruise Line's ship Jade was beautiful with a welcoming staff and the excursions did not disappoint. Helping us along the was was Joe Dillon with the Dillon Travel Agency. He explained things and answered many questions, made sure we had all the information we needed and was always there for us. We did not have a single problem on our 10-day trip. We highly recommend Joe and NCL.
