My sister had made arrangements with the Neptune Society prior to her death. Her passing was very sudden and not at all expected. When my brother died 9 months later, I had to arrange for his cremation. When I went to the Neptune Society, I was so very disappointed with the communication and upselling. I went on Goggle and did a search. I received at least 4 text messages from cremation services. I learned about direct cremation and went with Opal. Their responses were professional, clear, and timely. They answered questions with ease and there was no confusion. I felt like I was talking to a family member making arrangements. The process was so much better than with my sister, even though she had made prearrangements. I would recommend Opal Cremation to anyone looking for a smooth and easy process when dealing with a deceased love one. They are available to answer questions whenever.
