Tulip Cremation handled my mom's cremation and they did a wonderful job. The staff was very comforting and made sure all the little details were taken care of which was a real lifesaver. They communicated exceptionally throughout the entire process and I appreciate it.

Wonderful experience. We pre-purchased the plans for my parents. When pop passed, we made just one phone call and the rest was taken care of. They showed up quickly to get the body, 100% professionalism. They helped with all paperwork and getting the death certificates to us. I appreciate the kindness that was shown to us during this time, so now I'm pre-purchasing the plans for the hubbs and myself now also. Thank you for taking such good care of dad!

Paid four years in advance for husband. Was told at passing that their pre-paid service does not include vital death certificate needed for pension plan, etc. Despite having notarized form, needed to fill out another form and have it notorized thereby wasting valuable time. Wasted one month not knowing a copy of death certificate would not be provided. Expected all-inclusive price. They will not tell you and employees change frequently. Unfortunately, my service is also with Tulip and my heirs will have to prepare in advance for the same treatment.
