Fast friendly service. It does often seem that there's not enough people on the floor to answer questions at times. Otherwise, they just hover in that electronics area.

I often come here to get my printing as well as shipping done. Employees dealing with FedEx services or other services were extremely helpful and patient. They also put the label on the boxes for you.

Dropped off two packages of returns earlier this one arrived at its destination the other has never shown up. FedEx says the tracking # is not in their system they never scanned it. Staples where we dropped off is taking no responsibility. Left the packages on their counter with an employee coming over to acknowledge that. She said that was all I had to do. I walked away. I believe we should be given a record of our package being received or at least see it being scanned. I'm out a 400.00 coat. Not happy & will never drop off there again.
