I am extremely disappointed with the architectural services provided. The structure has not been designed thoughtfully — critical elements like the washroom and duct have been placed in illogical locations that do not align with functional or aesthetic considerations. Despite assurances of three site visits during construction, they failed to show up even once. They also promised a layout according to Vastu guidelines, but that commitment was not fulfilled. The most concerning part is the lack of involvement from the company owner, who seemed completely disinterested. She approved the layout without proper review, made empty promises of "best service," and never visited the site or provided any meaningful input. Throughout the process, calls went unanswered, information was not communicated properly, and ultimately, responsibilities were handed over to an intern. This level of negligence and unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially for a project as important as building a home.

I had a very bad experience with this architecture firm. The drawings they gave me were not done properly and didn’t look professional at all. It seemed like an intern made them. The elevation and markings didn’t match, which caused me a lot of problems later. During the site visit, they sent an intern who couldn’t answer any of my questions, so the visit was a total waste of time. After that, I tried to contact them many times, but they stopped responding. Please do your research carefully before hiring this firm. I do not recommend them.
