On Sunday, I encountered an issue with my vehicle's brakes, which were producing excessive noise. Consequently, I contacted the service center and left a voicemail message detailing the problem. On Monday morning, at approximately 8:35 AM, I received a callback from the service center requesting that I bring my car in for inspection. I complied and brought my car to the service center. After a thorough inspection, the mechanic informed me that the brake discs and pads needed to be replaced. Within a few hours, the service center efficiently replaced the necessary components, resulting in a significant improvement in the performance of my vehicle. The noise had completely ceased, and I was highly impressed with the exceptional service provided by the service center. Their professionalism and expertise were truly commendable.

My first visit and very impressed by Ernesto and his Team. Had a problem with the timing chain on my Mazda (which a few other local mechanics had politely declined to handle). Santos Car Repairs exhibit a "can do" attitude and the work undertaken was fully explained with regular updates during the repair process. Excellent service overall and will be using SCR for my future servicing and MOT requirements.

Great experience! Mr Santos and his fellow mechanics do a great job at a fair price. I felt welcomed first time I have been there with my Merc for repairs. Was there to fit a powersteering pump but they have told me that was not the issue as I needed a new pressure hose to be replaced, as mine was leaking. Job was done spotless, was always in contact over the phone with the progress. Thank you very much Mr Santos and team. Will be using your business again and happily recommend it to others!
