Otr Arrived at gate 1700. Appt 0100. Parked on street AWAY from driveways. 2400 went to gate, called phone number with my PO #, received door. Took in paperwork, lumper fee was 125.00 through text. 1.5 hrs I was out the door. Office crew was great. No mess left in trailer

The 11pm start time only applies Monday thru Friday. Monday morning appointments are different. They are NOT here 11pm Sunday night. Receiving doesn't show up until 5am Monday morning. So keep that in mind if you have a 5am appt like I did. And don't trust what their drivers say either. One insisted Receiving didn't get here until 8am and that I should leave! Otherwise the sign at the speaker is correct except for Monday morning appts.

Truck drivers entrance is on south side, exit is on north side. Docks are tight and might be better, but McLane box truck drivers continually park right across from docks and make it hard to maneuver. They have chocks but no one seems to use them. They don't require tandems back or disconnecting from trailer. Lumper fees by electronic transfer or M.O. Coffee and restrooms available. Parking in street next to "NO PARKING" signs.

They need to get rid of that guy in the receiving office what an attitude problem . Other than that an hour to unload not bad just receptionist plays with the paperwork delay. Expect lumper bill. They keep your load straps
