I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. Less than 30 miles after leaving the lot, the vehicle broke down. When I contacted the dealership, they refused to provide any assistance, compensation, or resolution, and the call was abruptly ended by their staff. This demonstrates a complete lack of accountability and professionalism. In my opinion, their conduct raises serious concerns about business practices, customer care, and vehicle quality. I strongly caution anyone considering purchasing here to proceed with extreme caution and thoroughly review all legal disclaimers before doing business.

I showed up with my kid and sister to check out a PT Cruiser they had for sale. No one came out on the lot to greet us, so we proceeded to start looking at the car. After about 10 minutes a tall man, with a scowl on his face, came over and just stared at us. My sister introduced us and asked if he was Bob. He grunted no then told us that we didn't want this car. I asked why and he said there were issues with it. I told him that I was looking for a daily driver, with maybe a few issues that I could fix myself, and told him my budget. He told me I would never find any car at that price range anywhere and continued to stare us down. We promptly left. I've never had such a terrible experience at a used car lot in my life.

We purchased our RV from Rob (he said he is a friend of Bob) anyhow we got a really good price by far for a beautiful, sound motorhome. He was honest and reliable and he was friendly and empathetic. Spot on Rob! We didn't purchase a car from Bob so we have no clue about that side of the business but everyone else seemed nice. The RV was clean and exactly if not better than Rob claimed! Five Stars from us!
