Pj DiajBrian did an excellent job! Found a melted breaker that didn’t trip. Could have been a burned home in the middle of the winter;( He came same day, diagnosed the problem and fixed. Super happy that I don’t have to worry now. Plus, there’s a year warranty on his job! And…he didn’t mind my bad dogs running around!! Champ all the way around.

We called around to 5 or 6 different electric companies to get someone to come out in the Richmond area - all said they’d come and they’d never show up! Super frustrating! GOOD NEWS IS - I called Doctor Electric and they sent someone out the same day within 15 minutes of me calling. The representative Nicole was super helpful & even texted and called me to let me know their technician Jared was on his way. He was super friendly and did a great job helping us with our issue! Come to find out my husband actually used to work with him years ago! Super great guy! The only downside and the reason I put 4 stars is due to the pricing. We ended up paying $458 just to have a breaker fixed that took less than 30 minutes to do (with him also traveling to grab the breaker). We only paid for it because we have called around for 2+ months and needed it fixed to have lights in our house and no one else would come out. If we could’ve gotten someone to come out and it was cheaper, we would’ve gone with someone else but we were desperate at this point. Aside from that, I would 10/10 recommend!
