When I called Reliable Electric, Emily in the office had Patrick over for an estimate in no time. Both were excellent to work with, and their guys had our home generator (and ice storm) ready in no time- and at a reasonable price. Cory HWe had an emergency over 4th of July weekend. Called Reliable and spoke with a very helpful on-call staff member. She got Zack out to our place, on Lake Barkley, not a close drive at all. He was extremely professional from the minute he got to our place. He was empathetic to our situation and was basically able to coordinate an entire electric box/pole swap in a matter of hours. Including inspections and handling all calls to the electric company. Clean work, very respectful of our property. Zack, or another member of the Reliable team will be out in the following days to update our pole support by adding tension wire and needed updates to get our home safe as can be!
