This team went above and beyond to promptly uncover the root cause of my electrical issue and provide a reasonable quote and fast service. From the owner Joe coming by to personally check in to the terrific management of the project by Luke Perry. Kudos to the professionalism and dedication from Jay, Chang and Nick. We called Doctor Home Experts for an emergency call late on a Sunday evening. Chris came out and quickly found the reason we lost power. He explained everything to us in detail and answered every question we had. He let the office know about our repairs so they could be prepared when we called Monday morning to schedule the fix. Doctor Home Experts was great in rearranging their other projects to get our power back on as soon as possible. Nick came out to complete our installation. He was very helpful and answered many questions I had with great patience. Overall I would highly recommend this company. They came out for the emergency call Sunday around 10pm, came Monday morning around 9am for a new panel, meter can, and generator inlet, and they had our power back on around 3pm on Monday. I am so grateful and will definitely be calling them again for other projects.
