My experience was great. Dr Chiles was very proficient, professional and had a very pleasant fun personality. I also especially loved Genesis. She helped me find the cheapest way out and was fun and friendly. Can’t wait to see them again.2 thumbs ups. All the props!!!

It was a wonderful experience today. The eye doctor she was excellent. Very warm, caring and knowledgeable. Then to the front to pick out some glasses. I found the 3 repair and had to narrow down to two. The representative helping me was excellent and helping me find my choice. She was very warm and caring and had a good eye for detail. my experience today was absolutely great thank you to all that involve in that particular branch. The ladies at the front counter are always so nice and pleasant. It was a pleasure being there today.

The staff is exceedingly friendly, respectful, and attentive. I’ve gone in days apart, and they remember me. Dr. Wegenke, the Optometrist, is the most patient-provider I’ve experienced. She listens to your concerns and recommends solutions. Most unusual, in my opinion, is the time she takes to examine you. She is also exceedingly attentive! If you visit this Nationwide, I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised at how professional they all are.

This was my first visit to this Optometrist. I arrived for my appointment and was greeted with a friendly ”Hello & Welcome in” from the ladies at the front. Before asking for my Identification & Med. Card, I was asked “How I was this AM; very cool. Then given my packet to fill out w/ instruction. I returned it - rep, she verified everything was filled out & advised me what my Covered Insurance limit was and told me to check some frames out & someone will be with me shortly. When brought back for the initial screening, attendant was straight forward - read these lines - place chin here - can you see this, put the drops in my eyes and sent me on my way back to the lobby. Was called back by Dr. Wegenke, OD who greeted me with an enthusiastic “Good Morning” & I returned the energy. She asked me some questions regarding any previous eye check-ups. Asked me if I was having any current issues. I replied got glasses back in ‘21 or ‘22; miss placed them. And now, just tired of closing one eye while trying to see the TV. She replied, “ Well, you just got over the age where they start to go ( just turned 40). …and the jokes just kept coming! Professional & Interpersonal as well. Took all nerves away and was a pleasure being evaluated by Dr. Acasia Wegenke, OD. To finalize my appointment I sat with Genesis. She called me over and introduced herself. She had good energy as well. She asked me if I had picked out frames; I grabbed them. She had me try to on to make sure they sat well & didn’t stick out on the sides. She gave me a break down on what was covered, went over additions and what I was due to pay. She took payment, gave me my receipt. Advised me of the time frame to receive glasses and wished me a great day. Great visit, love the staff. 10/10
