Staff was kind and advised me upfront that they were running a bit behind. I really appreciated that communication. The PA listened and checked me out and determined I needed an antibiotic and steroid. They were able to dispense the rx I needed, which was quite a relief as my pharmacy was already closed. I would go back again without hesitation.

I had PA, Allison Schull. I went in with an extremely painful and red eye. She very efficiently used an eye kit to determine that it was a corneal abrasion and was able to provide the prescription in the office. She took a picture do that I could see it for myself. Her demeanor made it easy to trust her.

Whatever you do PLEASE DO NOT GO TO DOCTORS NOW especially the one in Johston/Urbandale by Value Vet. We had a physical for my daughters volleyball scheduled and when they eye exam came up my daughter was struggling a bit with one eye and wasn’t ready so she told her she wouldn’t let her pass. I calmly asked her if she can do it over again and get another chance as she wasn’t ready. She said no so I asked why not she said very rudely BECAUSE! So I asked why not what’s it to you? She said “who are you talking to crazy” I was taken a back as I was very calmly asking her these questions. So I said again “just give her another chance and let her do it over” she then proceeded to kick us out!!! The lady Taylor at the front heard it all and was very sweet and made faces when the girl proceeded to kick us out and yell at us. She wouldn’t even give us her name. Brown long hair, chunky. She refused to give us her name but I will be calling the owner and any corporate office!! That’s the kind of people you have working for you? SHAME ON YOU!!!!
