i rush to them my dog was terribly sick vomiting and she was wasting time asking stupid questions after seeing my dog, what color of dog, which breed many other stupid questions, seems they don’t care about my dog. they need to fire the lady at reception for sure. so stupid and waiting my dog to suffer more. it’s heartbreaking to see she works at veterinary at front who dont care about the dog’s life. nothing would be worst than experiencing this. i waited for half an hour then rushed to another vet. just don’t go there and find something else. in emergency

Our French Bulldog woke up squinting and unable to fully open one of his eyes. After reading about potential eye issues in dogs, we realized it could be serious and needed immediate attention. Since our regular vet (Dixie Road Pet Clinic) is closed on weekends, they had recommended this emergency hospital — and we’re so glad they did. From the moment we arrived to the time we left, the entire experience was excellent. The technician went above and beyond to make sure our dog was comfortable and well cared for. She was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and attentive. Not only did she handle the eye issue with great care, but she also took the time to give us helpful advice on managing his allergies and skin irritation. We felt completely at ease knowing our pup was in such good hands. Highly recommend this emergency hospital for any pet emergencies — they truly care!

Everyone was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure my dog was calm and comfortable during her overnight stay. They gave me confidence that she was in great hands and in turn, helped keep me calm as well. Dr. Mabbott was informative and provided thorough explanation so I knew exactly what to expect. For an emergency situation and overnight care, the prices were also very reasonable. Thank you to everyone who helped.
