Sue was absolutely great. You can see she loves what she does and really cares for the animals. Was able to squeeze me in on short notice, really cared for our cat, always showed with all the attention given to her. Communicated extremely well with messages and videos to give us a peace of mind. And as a business carries it professionally with proper paperwork and information exchange.

After a bad experience with a previous pet sitter, I was very hesitant to leave my cats again. Fortunately, finding Sue changed everything. She completely restored my trust in pet care. During my three-day trip, she took excellent care of Minou and Minette, sending daily photos and videos, arriving on time, playing with them, and keeping me updated. I came home to a clean house and two relaxed, happy cats. I highly recommend her and will definitely use her services again. Thank you, Sue!

There are lots of pet sitting businesses out there. This isn't one of them. When Sue says "We love them like you do" she isn't kidding one bit. Not only would our cat, without a doubt, move in with Sue in a heartbeat given the opportunity, I'm quite sure he loves her more than he loves us. Sue has not only taken care of our feisty ginger tabby multiple times a year when we go away, she has absolutely gone above and beyond anything I would imagine a pet sitter would do. I can't count the times Sue has waited for him to come home in the evenings to make sure he was okay, or gone back to check that he made it home from his adventures. Our dogs adore Sue, and during our sweet 14 year old dog's last year of life when he barely made it up on his arthritic knees, she was the one he would stand up for to greet at the door with kisses, so happy to see one of his favourite people. Sue has stayed with one of our deathly ill backyard chickens while we were away skiing in the winter when she suddenly took a turn for the worst, and was willing to take her in to have her put down if necessary. There simply isn't enough space here to describe how quite literally Sue takes care of other people's pets as if they were her very own. I would not leave my animals in anyone else's care. We book our vacation time around Sue's availability because leaving them with her gives us the most priceless thing of all- complete peace of mind that our animals are taken care of with so much love. Sue is professional, caring, quick to act when necessary, a pleasure to communicate with, always friendly and flexible and has a great deal of experience with all types of animals and a range of needs. My favourite part of going away is getting daily videos and photos of what our fur babies are up to when we are away, it's not necessary but so appreciated and such a kind gesture. Sue ensures that our animals are taken care of from the beginning right to the moment I walk through my front door when I return, ensuring that we text to let her know we have arrived and our pets are safely in our care again. This is not the kind of pet sitter that you can just find anywhere, Sue is an absolute gem with a heart full of love and we are so fortunate to have found her!
