Chi sato (Malta)I have been using their grooming service for the last 4 years and have completed a total of 20 sessions. I was always happy with their effort and the results, but this time, the groomer, whom I am refraining from naming, charged me nearly $130. I have a prepaid package, so I never ask to pay extra, except for tipping. She asked me if I wanted the same cut as usual, and I said yes. I even showed her a picture from my dog's previous cut to ensure she understood, as it was her first time grooming my dog. However, the result was extremely disappointing. I like to keep my dog's ear hair long, like in the picture, but she cut it all off. She charged me for dematting, despite removing the hair completely, and for a special cut. It is completely different from what I ordered, and I was charged an extra fee, both of which have never happened in the last 20 sessions. As a result, I decided to forgo the two remaining sessions and will never return. For this payment, I submitted my complaint and received the refund. It’s unfortunate because all the grooming staff at PetSmart have always been welcoming, caring, and kind, and my family truly enjoyed visiting them.
Leslie KI have been taking my small dog for grooming at Petsmart Kelowna for 9 years and have never an issue. I took my small dog this weekend and am horrified by the grooming job by ALEX!! It’s patchy and there are spots where the hair is gone. So bald spots all over. Her nails were not trimmed at all . They also charged me $110!! . What a rip off. My poor dog looks like she’s been through a horrible experience. We will not be back. Very disappointing experience
Amanda NI adopted my cat here (through the humane society). Alysia, the woman I dealt with in that department, was very friendly and helpful! I love my kitty! I also purchased a blanket while I was there, and the woman who checked me out was also super friendly and helpful! I will definitely be going back for stuff for my kitty Moo!
alyssa blanchardAlex is the most amazing dog groomer in town. She takes the best care of my girl, and i truly believe she cares more about these puppies than anyone!! She always seems so happy to see Bambi and is in my small list of who I trust around my dog! My fiancé and I are so grateful to have her, and Bambi still always has high spirits after her cut, even though she gets really anxious and overwhelmed 🩷 She treats us like her own her family, and is the ONLY other person to show such strong emotion for Bambi!!
