Brought in my 2008 F150 for a problem with my turn signal, light switch control (multi-switch), they kept in contact throughout the day, did the repair at a fair price and had it completed in the same day. We prefer to repair our vehicles rather than replace, until such time as the rig is too old or too costly to maintain. The F150 has just over 200k miles on it and expect it to go another 100k. Below photo is just in my minds eye but you can get the picture of how satisfied I am with my old Ford.

Brought our Escape in for service this week. Everyone on the staff was helpful and friendly. Service was fast and easy. Had a great experience overall. I’ve alway had good service at the ford dealerships I’ve had to visit but Doherty Ford in Forest Grove is now at the top of that list for customer service.

What a great experience I had. I had gone to a different shop for an aliment on our 2010 Ford Escape, the other shop made it worse and dangerous to drive. Doherty Ford had my car for less than an hour and fixed it perfectly for the exact price the quoted me! I was totally blown away, no up selling, no pressure just quality work. I will definitely be back.
