We just returned from the perfect girls trip and Lake Austin Spa Resort was amazing. The updated rooms and facilities are lovely. I especially enjoy that the entire resort is concentrated and easy to navigate.||The rooms are spacious with large closet and bathroom. Each room faces the lake for a lovely view. There are only 40 rooms making this a boutique experience. You won't find a more comfortable bed! ||It's quiet and serene at Lake Austin Spa Resort, which makes it the perfect place to reset, relax and unwind. At each dinner, we would sit outside and dine al fresco and talk for hours. ||The spa facility is lovely and waiting in the Blue Room for your treatment is so calming. The staff are very knowledgeable. There new Leonor Greyl 11 step hair and scalp treatment is divine. A full hour of someone brushing my hair, scrubbing my scalp and giving me a massage while later blowing it out so I left with super soft hair. I also indulged in an 80 minute magnesium massage and Natura Bisse Vitamin C facial.||This was my 5th visit to Lake Austin Spa Resort and I will certainly be back!

Just returned from a 2-night girls’ trip to Lake Austin Spa Resort, and it was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we pulled up, it felt like we were stepping into a peaceful, luxurious retreat—exactly what we needed to reset and reconnect.||The spa is world-class. Our group booked a mix of treatments (massages, facials, and aqua stretch), and every single one was fantastic. The blue relaxation room made us want to stay there forever. They even accommodated us for side-by-side treatments so we could chat and unwind together.||The setting is magical—lush gardens, hammocks, and lake views everywhere you look. We had so much fun catching up in our robes between spa sessions.||The farm to table dining is delicious and we enjoyed dining al fresco with lake views.||Lake Austin Spa is a perfect balance of pampering and play!

The ideal place to take a girlfriend visiting Austin. Highly recommend the half day experience. The most relaxing and beautifully Austin environment overlooking Lake Austin (the Colorado River). The Lake Austin resort was once a wonderful place, I’m sure. It’s charming. The staff obviously is told they can do some things and not others but they’re very nice. Classes are more gentle (workout classes). We had planned for a watercolor class and it was canceled for another event but Carrie was happy to have a class for us. She’s extremely patient and talented. Nick makes great cocktails and is extremely helpful. It’s clean but the attention to detail is a bit underwhelming- a clock missing a bottom piece in the dining room, water spots on the walls. My bed had a very strong indentation in it. These are all small things and no where is perfect. The view is gorgeous. The spa is great. I’d recommend an upgrade in the furniture in the common areas.
