Terrell was AMAZING!!! I had 9k in negative equity and was not sure if I’d be able to get a new car. He was very detailed in explaining what negative equity is helping me understand the process of everything. Since 2020, I purchased a 2017 Chevy Silverado, a 2020 Ford Escape, a 2023 Nissan Titan, and a 2024 Nissan Pathfinder through my salesman Sager at Orr Nissan East. He is honest about the options that are available to you, and he is respectful of your time. He is not going to waste your time and have you sitting in the dealership for hours knowing that there is not much that can be done at the time. Simply put... I won't buy from anyone but Sager...
