Had a mishap yesterday with one of our storm doors. Called Norman, and response was quick, professional and polite. Today, Norman and Tony fixed our door swiftly and with a smile! We were very grateful and appreciative of their prompt, professional and friendly service! Would recommend!
Tony came the next day after messaging him at 10PM the night before. The pocket door fix wasn’t easy… Tony rebuilt and re-drilled the door rail system and installed everything like it was new. Most people would have walked away from the job due to the complexity … but not Tony … He is a great handyman and even a better person. I highly recommend!
Some kids playing pranks kicked our side door in and damaged the frame. Our door couldn't close. We didn't think anyone would come out on Dec 31st but we decided to call Doors on the Go and we're sure glad we did. Norman came out promptly and replaced the broken frame with a piece of heavy duty steel. He did a fantastic job, very clean and detail oriented. The door is now extremely secure! He was also kind enough to make adjustments to our other door making it more secure as well. Don't waste your time and energy dealing with other companies, call Doors on the Go.
