Double Sunrise Yoga

Just try it. Totally awesome studio and just a brilliant experience overall. I’ve been to lots of yoga studios & classes, both home in Berks County and out of town, and not once have I felt inspired to stick with it long enough to learn anything. Double Sunrise was different. Even though the first time I went, reluctantly I might add, for a friend, I could not help but feel comfortable and welcome, whether I knew my right from my left at any given moment or not. This place stuck. I now get why people love yoga. And while all the classes are pretty great, the events, particularly Supine to Incline and Ally’s Thai Massage, truly game changers for me.

I've experienced studios that veer too athletic, or too spiritual for my speed. Double Sunrise yoga strikes the perfect balance for me. All the classes I've attended have been warm and affirming, and have challenged me to improve my practice at my own pace. I recommend this yoga studio to anyone (the outdoor classes are so cool!), but especially to anyone who has had difficulty finding a place to practice that makes you feel comfortable.

I’m fairly new to yoga and I love learning at double sunrise. Every class is different, gentle, and so much fun! I love how the teachers are always keeping a healthful eye to make sure you are moving correctly and they always offer up easier or more advanced ways to practice. They makes every class suitable for beginners and advanced students.
