Dean MOverall this hotel is worth staying at however there are some unappealing aspects. Access to the hotel for vehicles is through a parking lot and for pedestrians is through another building and covered parking lot. The hotel is very well-positioned on the JBR walk and near to many restaurants and shops. Access can be time consuming at times due to the traffic so taxing nearby and walking the last few hundred meters is recommended. The Reception, once you find it, is beautiful and welcoming. The staff at the hotel are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast area, outdoor area, swimming pool and beach access are exceptional! The breakfast is delicious. There is a wonderful kids pool, lots of place for kids to play and an enormous main pool only meters from the beach. The view from our sea facing room on the 17th floor was breathtaking. Unfortunately the rooms are dated and seem to be converted apartments as opposed to typical hotel rooms and thus lacks the hotel feel. Also, for unknown reasons, there was a lack of sufficient hot water in the shower. All-in-all this hotel is certainly worth staying at.
Cory FoscoStaff went above and beyond to make our stay very enjoyable. Shout out to Audrey, Lydia, Ankur, and Martin for their hospitality, suggestions, and service. Thank you for being supportive of my wife’s needs and being inquisitive about her service animal/guide dog. Had the breakfast buffet daily and ate at the pool bar for dinner on our first night. Many options for service by the pool and plenty of chairs/umbrellas on the beach. Walking path to the boardwalk and in JBR.

She is always smiling and very helpful. Pool is heated. Perfect view of jbr. Music is entertaining and bar has great cocktails. Perfect for a family day or hang out with friends. We will come back

The suite was spacious, spotless, and perfect for a family getaway, with stunning views. The location couldn’t be better—right on The Walk in Dubai Marina, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and the beach. The kids loved it, and we all enjoyed the relaxed yet luxurious atmosphere.
