DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai - Jumeirah Beach

Overall this hotel is worth staying at however there are some unappealing aspects. Access to the hotel for vehicles is through a parking lot and for pedestrians is through another building and covered parking lot. The hotel is very well-positioned on the JBR walk and near to many restaurants and shops. Access can be time consuming at times due to the traffic so taxing nearby and walking the last few hundred meters is recommended. The Reception, once you find it, is beautiful and welcoming. The staff at the hotel are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast area, outdoor area, swimming pool and beach access are exceptional! The breakfast is delicious. There is a wonderful kids pool, lots of place for kids to play and an enormous main pool only meters from the beach. The view from our sea facing room on the 17th floor was breathtaking. Unfortunately the rooms are dated and seem to be converted apartments as opposed to typical hotel rooms and thus lacks the hotel feel. Also, for unknown reasons, there was a lack of sufficient hot water in the shower. All-in-all this hotel is certainly worth staying at.

Staff went above and beyond to make our stay very enjoyable. Shout out to Audrey, Lydia, Ankur, and Martin for their hospitality, suggestions, and service. Thank you for being supportive of my wife’s needs and being inquisitive about her service animal/guide dog. Had the breakfast buffet daily and ate at the pool bar for dinner on our first night. Many options for service by the pool and plenty of chairs/umbrellas on the beach. Walking path to the boardwalk and in JBR.

We had an amazing day! We first met Daniel who helped us to find the perfect spot for us. He was smiling and very kind. We also met Lidiya who provides a stunning service. She is always smiling and very helpful. Pool is heated. Perfect view of jbr. Music is entertaining and bar has great cocktails. Perfect for a family day or hang out with friends. We will come back
