We felt very welcome when we arrived. It was our second stay at the hotel. Very friendly staff, doesn't matter where. You can choose between 5 different pillows that you feel very comfortable at night. Nice and clean room with a great view to the Dubai Wheel. Great breakfast with lots of choices. Everything worked well for us, Reception, Room service or Breakfast. The sun loungers at the beach are really narrow. Not the space anymore they had years ago.
I booked Rixos for my partners 30th birthday - the team were super helpful and supportive with the issue with the room and outdone themselves with the room and the view and the cake on arrival. All the team are so friendly and helpful and went above and beyond for us. A couple of days later, I got engaged to on the trip and again - the staff went above and beyond and were so welcoming! We could not have faulted our stay. The location was unreal, the hotel was gorgeous and the restaurants on site are amazing. We will be staying here again as it will always have a special place in our hearts. Thanks for everything!
I've stayed at this hotel three times - in 2021, again in 2022, and now in 2025. The cleanliness, modern design, and overall high standard have remained absolutely top-tier. It's impressive how well the hotel has maintained its quality over the years. Many places decline after a while, but not this one. The staff is exceptional - friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Service remains as flawless as ever. However, what has significantly changed is the type of guests. During my first visits, the clientele was refined, well-mannered, and suited to the hotel’s high standard. Now? Let’s just say the atmosphere has taken a hit. The place is overrun with uneducated Russians and misbehaving Turks who have no understanding of basic etiquette. Loud, disrespectful, and a stark contrast to the hotel’s otherwise impeccable experience. Additionally their kids are the same, screaming everywhere, running around like they own the place. It’s a shame because the hotel itself is still excellent. If they could somehow filter out the clientele, it would be perfect.
