A great little Travelodge, only 8 mins from the Heathrow park & ride.|Easy to find, saw pay for parking signs outside but there was a screen to add your car details for free parking at reception.|Friendly staff on arrival and departure. Had a real key for my room! Lots of rooms at this one, my was on the end of the building.|Very clean room, bathroom with a little bath, plenty of storage room and long desk. Everything worked as it should. Plenty of tea and coffee supplied too.|Absolute bargain for a hotel so close to the airport. M4 services a 30 second walk too!|Would definitely return when flying from Heathrow

Absolute dive of a place. Creaking floorboards and fire doors that slam shut waking up the entire floor each time someone comes through. Bed sheet stained. Breakfast to go option was booked, but then not available, with reception blaming DHL. No alternative offered. Reception joking ‘haha you go hungry then’. Honestly appalling.

As usual, an excellent stay on business at the Travelodge Heathrow M4 Westbound...great welcome back from Aakash on duty at reception, fast courtesy and professional check-in. And, as I have found typically on routine stays...clean fresh smelling room and bathroom; large clean decent towels. The parking is included with one's stay which also adds to the hotel's highly competitive rates. The whole Travelodge team at the Heathrow M4 Westbound in my experience always go above and beyond to look after their customers. Simply great stay.
