I stayed after a long haul flight and had an excellent stay. The premium room was very clean, attractive, quiet, with good amenities and the bed was extremely comfortable. There was a choice of soft or harder pillows. Breakfast was cooked to a high standard and ingredients were of very good quality with wide choice. Location was easy to access from terminal 2

Brilliant choice budget and comfort. Clean hotel, easy check in, helpful staff. There isxa bar and the restaurant is open till 5am, and then reopens at 5:30am for breakfast. Very good and easy experience. Clean rooms, comfortable large beds, TV in the room, private bathroom, kettle, teas and coffee. Highly recommended.

Great Premier Inn as usual. Brilliant location Terminal 4 Heathrow. Due to my misunderstanding about how to pay for the underground parking at the hotel, I didn't pay the fee. Upon arrival at home I contacted Premier Inn and was put directly through to the hotel and spoke to Mandy. She was most helpful and the matter was settled without any fuss at all. Fabulous service from Mandy who is an excellent ambassador for Premier Inn. Well done you for making my day!! As a result of this super service I shall continue to only use Premier Inns in the future whenever possible. Thank you.

Absolutely fabulous stay at this Premier Inn for a recent trip. Staff were friendly and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Amazing value and immaculately clean and fresh. Food was lovely for dinner and breakfast. Had room 789 which overlooked the runway and spent most of the night sitting in the armchair watching the planes. The nicest Premier Inn stay I’ve ever had.
