One of, if not THE, best Super 8 I've ever stayed at. I travel constantly for work (I've been on the road 5 of the last 6 weeks for context) and the staff here were some of the nicest and most polite and efficient people I've ever dealt with. 10/10 would recommend staying at this property, I'll definitely be back next time I'm in Lexington! This hotel is older and doesn’t have a lot of amenities I would have liked to have had. It does have reasonable prices. The staff is kind for the most part. They do require a deposit. It is refundable upon checkout. You can pay with cash or card.

SCAMMERS BEWARE! STAY AWAY!!!! Probably one of the worst hotels I've ever been to. The curtains would not shut. The bed was disgusting. There was a urine stain on the sheets. There were roaches in the bathroom. It smelled like urine and feces in the hallway. There were what looked like two druggies trying to steal out of the vending machine the first night. A hobo was sleeping in the laundry room when we got back the 2nd night. The manager was nice to my face but rude when I called him out over the phone. They charged me a $25 early fee, which I paid in cash when we arrived, and then they charged me again when I left and then refused to give it back. If you have a problem with theft in your hotel, that's your fault control your employees, that's not my problem. Your hotel is disgusting on the inside and the outside. The microwave in my room did not work. The air conditioner barely worked. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Do not stay here, not worth it. They will try and scam you.

This place is the worst of the worst , infested with roaches , roaches crawling in the bed at night and everything ! The hotel will not give more than 2 rags/ towels per room . This place is a joke !! Worst customer service I have ever experienced! Ice machine is broken , ice machine is broke , when asked if they were getting fixed the hotel said they ordered parts but neither ever got fixed , to no surprise . I do not know how the health department has not shut this place down , it’s terribly ran & I do not recommend anyone staying here especially if you don’t like bugs !!
