What a great travel agent! Cathleen helped us plan an epic Australian vacation for our family. She spent a lot of time with us, discussing our interests and going through options. Over the top compared to any previous travel agent we have ever dealt with. She then put together an amazing itinerary which really hit all of our high points - the whole family loved it! While on our trip, the AC flight attendants went on strike and our return flights got cancelled during a weekend. Jason made himself available to us all weekend to help provide support and make sure we got back home safely. Again - incredible service. Thanks so much Downunder for an amazing trip!

We just returned from a trip around Australia. A huge shout out to Sarah at Down Under Travel for such great planning and advice. We had some wonderful accommodations in heritage buildings that were outstanding. All of the destinations selected gave us a great oversight of the wide variety of terrain in Australia. Sarah was also very quick to help us with problems encountered and that was truly appreciated. Great trip!

Together we made an itinerary that was to our liking with excursions that we chose specifically for us. We like the apartments that he booked for us because of cleanliness and being close to the center of the actions .
